Therefore, the Pastoral Course aims to train men at the highest theological, exegetical, and ministerial level under the authority and supervision of the local church.<\/p><p>With a focus on exegesis (Greek and Hebrew) and Pastoral Ministry, students will receive all the necessary tools to serve as pastors and apply RBC\u2019s Philosophy of Ministry in their local Philosophy of Ministry. Extracurricular activities will provide a rich ministerial experience, including regular participation in worship services, oversight and planning of church events, pastoral visits to the sick and needy, leadership meetings (both for spiritual and administrative matters), and involvement in property management tasks (renovations, repairs, budgeting, and team coordination). These experiences will be counted as ministerial internship hours.<br><br>\nAdditionally, in line with the principles of classical education, students will take part in extracurricular meetings dedicated to discussing pastoral praxis\u2014an essential component of RTS\u2019s training, as the program is fully developed under the guidance of the local
